Course Description
When you learn to accept the differences between the values and perspectives of others, then all of you grow as a team. It is the responsibility of everyone to be respectful and address conflict in a positive manner. This workshop also addresses skills that help empower participants to recognize behaviors that influence performance. A respectful workplace promotes integrity, professionalism, good communication, and recognition.
