RN HESI AND RN TEAS EXAM SCORES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

RN HESI EXAM

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE TWO WEBSITES INVOLVED WITH THIS PROCESS. 1) REGISTER AND PAY FOR YOUR HESI EXAM ON THE EVOLVE.ELSEVIER WEBSITE THAT IS INDICATED IN THE STEP BY STEP DIRECTIONS BELOW FOR YOUR FIRST OR SECOND ATTEMPT HESI EXAM. 2) THEN USE THIS PAGE TO SCHEDULE, REGISTER, AND PAY FOR YOUR SEAT TO TAKE THE HESI EXAM THAT IS ALSO INDICATED IN THE STEP BY STEP DIRECTIONS BELOW.

$20 SERVICE FEE FOR TRANSFERRING, DROPPING, WITHDRAWING, CANCELLING, ETC. REGISTRATIONS WITHIN TWO DAYS OF EACH SCHEDULED EXAM.

MINIMUM SCORE REQUIRED IS 75. THE HIGHER THE SCORE, THE BETTER. SECOND ATTEMPTS ARE NOT REQUIRED BUT ARE ENCOURAGED FOR THE OPPORTUNITY TO IMPROVE YOUR SCORE.

FIRST ATTEMPT HESI EXAM

Register as a Student on Evolve - If you are having issues with this part of the process, then please call 800-222-9570, select the Student prompt, and a representative will assist you.

• Go to http://evolve.elsevier.com
• Click on "I'm a student"
• Click on "Sign-In" in the upper right hand corner
• If you are a new student, click on "Create Account" and fill in required fields
• Click "Submit"
• Stay on evolve.elsevier and see the next step below
• Please remember your user name and password, they will be required for testing

Register for HESI Exam - If you are having issues with this part of the process, then please call 800-222-9570, select the Student prompt, and a representative will assist you.

• Stay on http://evolve.elsevier.com
• On bottom of main page - Click on "Register for Results and Remediation"
• You should see "HESI Assessment HESI Registration"
• Click on "Register"
• Click on "Checkout/Redeem" (will need to be done on 2 separate screens)
• Stay on evolve.elsevier and see the next step below
• Please remember your user name and password, they will be required for testing

Pay for HESI Exam - If you are having issues with this part of the process, then please call 800-222-9570, select the Student prompt, and a representative will assist you.

• Stay on http://evolve.elsevier.com
• Click on "My Evolve" at the top of the screen
• Click on "HESI Assessment Student Access"
• Click on "Payments" tab
• Type in Payment ID for First Attempt HESI Exam = 28482
• Click "Search"
• Complete "Billing Information"
• Click "Proceed to Checkout"
• This is the final step on evolve.elsevier
• Please remember your user name and password, they will be required for testing

SECOND ATTEMPT HESI EXAM
